What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pairs per design.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 15-25 days after sample approval. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples from our existing stock. Custom samples have a small fee that is refundable with your first bulk order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required to start production.
